Maratona do Rio was the highlight of our 2026 calendar. We’re returning for Corpus Christi weekend in 2027, with four nights at JW Marriott on Copacabana and an ocean-view room for every guest.
Join us from Thursday 27 May to Monday 31 May for four nights, with breakfast included and an ocean-view room for every guest. We’ll handle your hotel stay, bib collection and group plans, along with the early starts and the logistics of getting you to your race. With private transfers from the hotel to the start line, clear meeting points and a coordinated pick-up afterwards, you can focus on running and enjoy time at the VIP tent before we take you back to the hotel. VIP tent access is subject to confirmation for 2027.
The Race
Enjoy Rio’s coastal setting and race-weekend atmosphere with Race Beyond support throughout your stay. VIP race entry will be offered as an optional paid extra, subject to confirmation of our 2027 accreditation and allocation. Race entry is not included in the travel package price.
The Location
Copacabana is our base, with the beach and promenade close by and time to enjoy Rio between group activities. Take in the ocean views, explore at your own pace or relax with fellow travellers after the race.

Our home for Rio 2027 is JW Marriott Rio de Janeiro on Copacabana. After a magical trip in 2026, we’re returning with a new hotel and an ocean view for everyone.
Stay for four nights from Thursday 27 May to Monday 31 May, with daily breakfast included. Between sightseeing and racing, enjoy time by the beach or relax in your room overlooking the ocean.
Thursday’s welcome drinks, race briefing and bib distribution take place at the hotel. With Race Beyond collecting bibs beforehand and coordinating private race transfers, you can settle in without making a separate expo trip.
